Report a Sign Opportunity

Photos + GPS → New PlanProphet Deal

1. Photos of the OpportunityPhotograph whatever you spotted — a damaged sign, an unmarked van, a storefront with nothing on it. Use your phone's camera or pick from the gallery. Photos are compressed automatically and attached to the PlanProphet deal, and the first one is also read for a business name.

No photos yet. Add at least one before filing the report.

2. Identify the BusinessStanding in front of the business? Tap the button: the app combines your GPS position, nearby-business data, and (when enabled) the name read off your first photo to suggest which business this is. Spotted a vehicle on the road instead? Search for the business by name below, so the deal lands on their address rather than on the kerb you were standing at.

Use this for a vehicle you saw away from the business, or when GPS is unavailable or has put you on the wrong side of the street. Picking a result sets both the business and the location the report is filed against.

3. Opportunity DetailsThese details go into the deal so the sales team knows what they are quoting before they call.

What you spotted. It sets how the deal is named in PlanProphet and what the follow-up step says, so pick the closest match — use Other Sign Opportunity when nothing fits.
Filled from the business you picked in step 2 — correct it if it's wrong, or type it yourself when the business was never found.
Describe what you saw and why it is worth a quote: which sign or vehicle, where it is, and what is wrong or missing.
How soon this is worth chasing. High: a safety hazard, a dark sign, or a business that is clearly about to buy. Medium: a solid lead worth a call this week. Low: worth keeping on the list.

Add at least one photo, identify the business (step 2), and describe what you noticed.
